Can You Learn Telepathy? – Becoming Telepathic With Meditation
Do you want to be able to read minds? Telepathy is the ability to perceive the thoughts of others directly, on a mind to mind basis, without using speech or body language to communicate. While conventional science insists that telepathy doesn’t even exist, many people have experienced the opposite, and know that it does. However, even among those who are more open-minded, there is a widespread belief that telepathy is one of those abilities that you’re either born with or you’re not. But what if this isn’t the case, and you can actually learn to become telepathic?
Most people will never come close to unlocking the full potential of their own minds. This doesn’t mean that the potential isn’t there – just that it remains dormant in most. The fact is that many people have developed their psychic abilities – including mind-reading telepathic powers – in a deliberate way, by following various training methods that are designed to awaken and strengthen these latent abilities. One such method is meditation.
Using Meditation To Develop Telepathic Abilities
Meditation is useful for developing psychic abilities such as telepathy, because it helps you to quieten your mind, and to alter your state of consciousness. For most people who aren’t already psychic, normal waking consciousness (in which the mind is busy and focused on the external world) is not conducive to psychic insight. In order to begin tapping into your latent psychic powers, it’s very helpful to slow the mind down and quiet the chatter of everyday thoughts.
In practical terms, this involves slowing your brainwave activity from the rapid beta state (13 Hz+) that is associated with normal active consciousness, down into the alpha (8 – 12 Hz) and theta (4 – 7 Hz) states. We all enter the alpha state naturally when daydreaming or in other states of light relaxation, and the theta state is experienced during creative work, or while drifting off to sleep. When you meditate on a daily basis, and your mind becomes used to relaxing deeply, you’re setting the stage for your telepathic abilities to flower.
However, many people find it difficult to maintain these more relaxed brain states for any significant length of time, as it can be very difficult to really slow down thought and quiet the mind. This is unsurprising, as most people don’t have any experience with thought control techniques. Fortunately, learning to meditate is much easier if you use a brainwave entrainment recording, and tapping into the right state of mind required for the development of telepathic powers is made easier still if you use a recording that is especially designed for this purpose.
Brainwave Entrainment And Telepathy
Brainwave entrainment basically involves listening to a recording that features repetitive sounds of certain frequencies. Thanks to a natural phenomenon called the frequency following response, the brain has a tendency to match its own brainwave outputs of the frequency of the sound its hearing. This makes it much easier to enter different states of consciousness that will, as your brain is basically getting a helping hand so to speak from the recording.
There are three different types of brainwave entrainment recording to choose from: binaural beats, monaural beats and isochronic tones. All three of these can be very effective, although a lot of people have found that isochronic tones have the edge.
If you can learn to deeply relax your mind, tapping into your latent powers will become easier. If you decide to use brainwave entrainment to help you meditate more deeply, you might like the theta meditation recordings from The Unexplainable Store. I use this myself (usually the isochronic version), and find it very effective for helping with getting into a trance state.
