Using Binaural Beats For Aura Viewing – 3 Tips

Contrary to popular belief, most people can learn to see auras. This is not an inborn talent that you do or don’t have – rather, it’s a latent human ability that can be developed in most people. With practice, it can be possible to train your eyes to perceive auras, which occur around people, animals, plants and some other things too.

There are various methods that have been developed over the years to assist people with learning aura vision. One thing that most of these have in common is that they require that you be deeply relaxed. Although experienced aura viewers can see the aura in normal waking consciousness, for beginners, it helps to be in a meditative state where your mind quietens down.

Achieving such a relaxed state can be easier said than done however. Most people aren’t experienced meditators, and this kind of mind control can be difficult. However, the process is made easier if you use a brainwave entrainment meditation recording, especially one that’s designed for aura viewing.

These recordings include repetitive sounds (like binaural beats) of specific frequencies, which are formulated to help your brain enter a very relaxed state. A natural phenomenon called the ‘frequency following response’ means that the brain has a natural propensity to match (or entrain to) the frequencies of the sounds that it is hearing. If you can guide your brain into an alpha state, in which the brain waves it produces are predominantly between eight and 12 Hz in frequency, aura viewing becomes easier.

So, get hold of a recording which helps you to enter the alpha state, then set some time aside each day to listen to it and to practice seeing your own aura (or alternatively that of a houseplant or pet). Regular practice will help your brain become accustomed to entering the alpha brainwave state, and with time you’ll be able to do it even without listening to the recording.

There are different types of brainwave entrainment recording to choose from, but binaural beats are the most commonly available (although if you want to experiment, you might also want to try monaural beats and isochronic tones). When using binaural beats for aura viewing, there are some steps you can take to get the most from your sessions and maximise your chances of success.

1. Practice Daily

eye and coloursTo begin with, it’s important to use your recording and practice your aura vision skills every day. By establishing a routine, your brain will know what to expect, and you’ll be able to enter the necessary mental state with greater ease.

Another reason for regular practice is that learning how to see auras is a skill, and for most people it takes some time to develop. So don’t be discouraged if you don’t get results right away, as this is normal. However, you won’t get results at all if you don’t practice consistently, so it’s important to make that commitment.

2. Ensure You’re Not Disturbed

A second point to bear in mind is that you should listen and practice in a place where you won’t be disturbed. It can be difficult to relax properly if you’re in a noisy environment, or if you think somebody is going to intrude at any time. So ensure that any other people in your house know that you’re not to be disturbed at this time.

3. Practice On Yourself

It’s also helpful if you practice your aura viewing skills on yourself (or plants or pet as suggested earlier). You might want to practice on other people, but since relaxation is so crucial, you might find that having another person around affects your concentration, especially if you’re worried about what they might think, or whether they’re getting bored or that kind of thing.

If you’re just starting off, it will be easier to practice viewing your own aura in the mirror, or by looking at your body directly. Once you’ve had some practice and find it easier to achieve and maintain the right mental state, then that’s a good time to move on to viewing the auras of others.

If you want to use binaural beat meditation to help you get into a relaxed enough state for aura viewing, it’s important to get a good quality recording. I personally like to meditate with the theta meditation recording from The Unexplainable Store. Don’t forget to check out the free downloads too!
